- Cut a long thin piece of coloured cardboard and measure to the size of your child's head and cut at correct size. I had to join two pieces of cardboard as my sheet was not long enough. I just used sticky tape to join them. Do not join the hat into a circle yet.
- Lay down the cardboard flat and decorate. How ever your child wishes.
- We used feathers which we stapled on but then I placed sticky tape over the staple to protect child's head. Use sequences, colour with markers, sprinkle glitter, the sky is the limit.
- Then once everything is dry and stuck on well, tape the hat together.
ENJOY your personalised party hat!
