You can add your own toppings..
- few drops of liquid stevia
- mixed nuts
- raw honey
Preheat oven to 180c
Mash the banana and then stir through the oats and anything else you wish to add.
Roll into cookie sized circles and bake for 15 - 20 mins.
They are crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.
I made a double batch for a family of 4. I kept mine in a sealed container in the fridge.
